Program description

Rollingsentiment.io LLC operates a maintenance dispatch texting program for its own rental property operations in Bell and Coryell County, Texas. When a work order is submitted, the program texts our property manager and our contracted maintenance technicians the work order number, property address, tenant callback number and a short description of the repair. Recipients reply to coordinate the visit. This is not a marketing program, and messages are not sent to tenants or to the general public.

Who can join

Participation is limited to our property manager and maintenance technicians who work with us.

How to opt in

Submit your name and mobile number at lawless.rent/sms-optin and check the consent box. The consent box is optional and is unchecked by default. Texts are sent only to numbers whose consent box was checked; submitting the form without checking it does not enroll you. You may also opt in by texting START to (512) 617-7582. A confirmation message is sent when you are enrolled.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with maintenance activity — a few messages per day at most.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Rollingsentiment.io LLC does not charge for the program; your mobile carrier's rates are between you and your carrier.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts immediately. You will receive one confirmation that you have been opted out, and no further messages after that. You can rejoin at any time by texting START or by using the opt-in page again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
