Rollingsentiment.io LLC holds and operates single-family homes and small multifamily property in Bell and Coryell County — Killeen, Temple and Copperas Cove — and handles leasing, rent collection and repairs on those properties directly.

We are the owner, not a brokerage and not a third-party manager — we do not manage property for other owners.

Maintenance and repairs

Repairs are handled by our property manager together with a small group of contracted maintenance technicians. When a tenant reports a problem, a work order is opened and dispatched to the technician who covers that property, who then schedules the visit with the tenant.

Tenants: report a maintenance issue by emailing workorders@rollingsentiment.io with the property address and a description of the problem. Photographs help.

Leasing and day-to-day property management for this portfolio is handled by Soldiers of Real Estate, our property-management company in Central Texas, which lists our available rentals and takes tenant calls at 254-618-5140.
