What we do
Rollingsentiment.io LLC owns residential rental property in Bell and Coryell County, Texas — single-family houses, duplexes and small multifamily buildings in Killeen, Copperas Cove, Temple and Nolanville. We are a long-term owner. We are not a brokerage, we do not wholesale, and we do not manage property for other owners.

How we operate
Leasing and day-to-day management for the portfolio is handled by Soldiers of Real Estate, our property-management company in Central Texas, which lists available rentals and takes tenant calls at 254-618-5140.
Repairs run through our own work-order system. A tenant reports a problem, a work order is opened, and it is dispatched to the maintenance technician who covers that property. The technician coordinates the visit directly with the tenant. Dispatch runs partly over text message to our own property manager and our contracted technicians — that program, including how to opt in and how to stop, is described on the texting program page. It is never used for marketing and no messages are sent to tenants or the public.
